Our double wrap wrist cuff is a timeless, no frills wrist adornment that pairs well with any style. Made from buttery smooth, 6oz Wickett & Craig English Bridle Leather. This full grain, vegetable tanned leather will look even better with age and use. Features a solid brass stud closure. All edges have been hand burnished to a smooth, satin finish. Each piece is hand made in the USA.

Sizing

Wrap a measuring tape around your wrist 2 times at the tightness you prefer for your cuff – then add 1/2″ to the measurement. The 1/2″ accounts for the overlapped section with the closure stud. Example, if your double wrapped wrist size is 15 1/2″, choose a Small (16″)

All the hardware from the snaps to the studs is made from brass, which has gone through an antiquing process resulting in an aged, slightly worn look that works perfectly with the classic look of english bridle leather.

Veg Tanned Leather

As always we use vegetable tanned leather for all our leather goods We source our leather from Wickett & Craig – widely considered to be one of the best leather tanneries in the US. Vegetable tanning is a traditional process of tanning the raw animal hide with tannins derived from tree bark instead of the more “modern” way of tanning which uses harsh, toxic chemicals. Each Wickett & Craig hide is perfected in a labor-intensive, natural, eco-friendly process that produces superior leather. The leather will darken as it ages and will develop a rich patina with use and exposure to sunlight and natural oils from your skin.

Leather Info & Care

Vegetable tanned leather is a natural animal product, and as such, will have some variances in thickness, texture, and color from hide to hide. Just like human skin, all cow hide is unique from animal to animal and may have slight blemishes, spots and wrinkle marks.

Use a slightly damp, clean microfiber cloth to remove light soiling. If needed, you may clean your soiled leather product with a gentle leather cleaner like Fiebing’s white saddle soap and follow the instructions on the container. Avoid soaking the leather. For leather coasters: place a heavy object on the freshly cleaned, damp coasters for 24 hours so they will dry flat.

Treat leather annually with a high quality leather conditioner to protect the surface and keep it looking great for years to come. We love and recommend Smith’s Leather Balm.
