If you live in the Rochester, NY area you may select free “Studio Pickup” at checkout. Please wait for us to contact you to arrange a pickup appointment at our studio, as most products are made to order.  Orders that have not been picked up within 30 days of notification will be cancelled and your money refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

All items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx within 2 business days from the date your payment is received if the item is in stock. Most of our products are handmade to order with a stated lead time in the product description. Typical lead times are 2-7 business days, but may vary. We will contact you if your order lead time falls outside of what is listed. Delivery time is based on the service you choose at checkout.

Any shipping charges incurred due to returns (outside of a production defect) are the responsibility of the customer.


We ship orders worldwide to most countries via FedEx or USPS through our website. Our Etsy store is equipped to handle most international orders as well if you experience any trouble:

We strongly recommend choosing FedEx, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail for international shipments because those services have built in insurance, more robust tracking updates, and faster delivery times.

If you choose First Class International Mail, be aware that USPS does not insure this method. Some countries will not update tracking info once your package arrives in customs, and these packages can take over a month to be delivered. USPS does not guarantee delivery times for this method.

You are responsible for any fees, duty, or customs charges that may be incurred by shipping to an international destination. You must be prepared to pay these charges at the time of delivery


Once orders have left our studio, we cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third party carrier of your choosing and as such risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for filing any claims that a package was not received. Please contact your local post office or parcel carriers for help if this is the case.
