Waist Pack: Waxed Canvas & Inner Tube

Our Waist Pack is handmade in the USA from waxed canvas and reclaimed bike inner tube. Features an adjustable waist strap and water resistant YKK zipper. Inside is lined with black, 100% recycled polyester cloth. Can be worn as a sling bag or fanny pack.

Important: Please measure the area of the body you wish to wear the pack on and make sure it is under 49.5″ You may request a longer custom strap for an additional $5.

WAXED CANVAS

We love waxed canvas because of its unique look, durability and how beautifully it weathers over time. Much like leather, it develops a unique patina as it ages. It is water resistant, 100% cotton and all natural. We use heavy weight, #10 Duck canvas. Once coated in wax, the fabric weight is increased to a hefty 20 oz per square yard.

Reclaimed Bike Inner Tubes

As always, we utilize reclaimed inner tubes while making all our upcycled accessories. They are durable, easy to clean, and are water resistant.

One of a Kind

Bags will vary slightly because each is made from different bike inner tubes. No two will be alike. Each inner tube is hand cut and then washed thoroughly with an eco-friendly detergent. The inner tube strips are then sewn together to make the “fabric quilt” for these products. Inner tubes may have bright or faded white/colored brand markings and dimensional text on certain areas.
